Check the clasp, the inside of the band or the back of a pendant for 10K, 14K, 585, 750 or 916. Unmarked pieces should be tested, not guessed.

Before you sell
Weigh in grams to 0.1 g, sort by karat stamp, and subtract stones and clasps. Unmarked pieces should be acid- or XRF-tested rather than guessed.
